Each year, Citroën hosts a contest for creatives with ideas that will benefit the automotive industry. In 2011, Wouter won first price in the "Idea" category. Not only did he beat contestants from 87 countries, he was also the youngest to compete!

If you ever visit the town Rosmalen in The Netherlands, you will probably stumble upon "de Troubadour". There you will find a school and a daycare. Inside, lessons are educational and are students happy. All the school still needed was a new corporate identity. Wouter took it one step further and also created two mascots. Their hats refer to troubadours, the musicians from the old days. The mascots are always depicted together to show solidarity.

The Technical University of Eindhoven were organising open door days, and their theme came down to this question: "What could the future look like without innovation?" For the Netherlands the biggest problem would probably be the sea level. Without innovation water could reach all the way to Eindhoven!

The Technical University of Eindhoven requested a Christmas card, having "What could the future look like" as theme. My guess is that Santa will get tired of his antique sled pretty quickly and exchange it for some turboboosted chrome!

PlattelandVakantieland.nl is a new website which is Google for trips, activities and sleeping accomodations in the Netherlands. To the creators, the Netherlands is one big amusement park, so why not depict it as one!

If you give birth in the St.Anna hospital in Geldrop, the Netherlands, there is a big chance you will also receive this info kit. It contains all the information you will need, plus a baby diary and a postcard. Happy parenting!

LAF Wear is an edgy fashion brand founded by twins from the Netherlands. For them, I have created a new logo and stationary, but most importantly, a slideshow that adds even more eye candy to their catwalks!

Kelloggs could do more when it comes to marketing. In the past, they have had the budget to add a cd-rom in every package. My proposal is to tag along with the success of games like Mario Kart. This would work well for Kelloggs because of their roster of internationally famous characters. Watch out Yoshi, here comes Dig'em Frog!

Beebielove created an Autumn/Winter collection with a musical touch to it. To promote this, we have created a brochure that took inspiration from several old record covers.

To ease the pain and grief caused by broken audio cables, upcoming DJ Bruce Kable creates awesome mixtapes. To help him achieve world domination, I've created a logo and several album covers.

The Economic Business Weeks in Tilburg has gotten pretty big over the years, so a guide is a necessity. We had noticed that a lot of teachers and students were wearing a golden tie on photos, so we turned that into a theme throughout the book.

Whilst working as a graphic designer for Puma, there was the need for a more interesting way to present the new collection. Being flexible, I've turned myself into a true director! Just click the image and enjoy the (pretty long) show!

The idea is simple; grab some metal scrap and glue, wire some batteries and lights together, and before you know it you have your own army of robot minions! Next up: mind control!

I enjoyed "The Dark Knight Rises", but i'm still not fond of the casting for Catwoman. "Then who did you want to see as Catwoman!?" Good question! I would say Scarlet or Charlize, just see for yourself!

This abstract photo was taken during the festival GLOW in Eindhoven. I took this shot of the "Luminaire de Cagna cathedral" via reflection. Every tourist pointed their camera one way, and I the other. I must have looked pretty retarded!

This is how I pass my time whilst traveling. Maybe it's time to illustrate a childrens book!

These creatures are the result of me having a go at papercraft. They each represent a global issue: Consumerism, greed, innocence, news value and religion. Click to download! Also featured on www.toydesignserved.com.
